Hmm, yesterday went for GP tuition, Lecture style. Learnt quite a lot of stuffs.

Then there's this embarassing moment, in just less than half an hour, I saw 2 person wearing exactly the same shirt as me!!!! I can't find a place to hide my face!!!! Ahhhh!!!

Oh well, I don't have enough clothes mah, now still wearing uniform to school. Hmm, I want to buy clothes but it is funny to buy clothes alone. Haha.

Oh my God, my terrapin is so cute! She was hiding under the umbrella just now, sort of like shading from the sun. Haha! Here's the picture of my terrapin:

Blood Donation

Donated blood today. Hmm, quite ok bah.

Hmm, er, I think I just keep it to myself bah. Dun feel like saying out.

Slack Day

Today's lessons in school quite slack. No Chemistry, and GP did nothing much.

Hmm... Now I am feeling a whole lot better. Sore throat is disappearing. Then I don't feel giddy. So I think I am fit to donate blood tomorrow!

Wonder why I am so excited about donating blood? Firstly, I can save lives. Secondly, I have too much blood in my body, so I can spare some. Thirdly, I can slim down by about 0.5kg since the amount of blood they are gonna take from me is about 500ml which is about 0.5kg. See, where in the world you can slim down by 0.5kg in just less than half an hour? Oh ya, some people are quite superstitious about blood donation. They are afraid that they might faint if they donate blood. But that is wrong, if you meet the weight of more than 45kg and have a good healthy meal before you donate blood, nothing will happen to you. They only take 500ml of blood and that is quite little compared to a normal human being's bladder which can hold up to 700ml when you are feeling urgent. See, 500ml is nothing. Haha, so come on, donate blood!

Yea, so that's all for now. Actually I had something else to blog about, but I can't seem to remember. Hmm, so ya, that's all. =)

Sore Throat

Hmm, my throat is feeling a little sore. Then a little giddy too. I hope I am not sick! I wanna donate blood on Thursday! Also, I am having my Physics SPA on Thursday! So I cannot be sick! Ahhhhh...

Hmm, I am fine with accepting comments by others. So Zhiyi, I will show you during midyear! Hahaha.

Oh well, that's all I will be writing today, perhaps tomorrow I will write more. Gotta go and rest. And I will drink lots of water! Sickness, be GONE!

Sunday is mug day

Went to study at Woodlands Library with Dexter and Ann Nee.
Did binomial distributions, only 3 parts of a question I not sure. The rest are still ok.
Hmm, yesterday went to school initially for College anniversary rehearsal, but due to the fact that it ended early, I went to play basketball. Yup.

Hmm, this coming week I still have some outstanding homework not done yet. Like Econs essay, Chemistry Skill A, Physics EM. Hmm, but I will try to complete them.

Oh Crap

Just registered for the NS medical check-up. Darn, 13th June is fully booked, so I can't join my class people. I chose 18th June and 8.30am. Hmm, so I will be going alone there. Blame my lagginess (LOL, new word)...

Yesterday I was feeling quite stressed. So during Maths Test when I don't have the paper I shouted to the teacher. That was selfish of me, disrupting others for the sake of myself. But the Maths test I think I am either gonna pass the test by a little or fail. I just really felt so sianz that day. Sudden mood change bah.

Anyways, yesterday also re-coloured the tiles at the Grandstand. Yea, long time since we, Kew Avenue, met and did something about the tiles again. Now the tiles looked nicer and presentable. Yea!

Oh, I saw Atiqah yesterday in NY! Haha!

Hmm, so that's all. Off to watch cartoons le.

20 Years Later

Just now in school, I wrote something about myself on a piece of paper. My class people did the same with that paper.

That paper is not just a normal piece of paper, the paper will be binded together with papers done by other classes and will be put into the Time Capsule during our school's 30th anniversary.

It will be opened 20 years later. As I was thinking, what will we be like 20 years later? After A Levels we will be going separate ways. The boys will be going NS, the girls will be going to local and foreign Universities. Then after all of that, we will be leading our own life. Hmm, if we meet again 20 years later, wouldn't it be interesting? Most of us have become 'uncles' and 'aunties'. And who will be there? And will we be like," Ooo, X married Y!!!" or "Eh, how come Z becomes a ____.", or perhaps, "Wow, millionaire!", or maybe... ... ... The list goes on...

Hmm, I don't really wanna part with 0619. (Although it is still about 6 months away from our graduation day) I think that during all these schooling years, the years that I enjoyed the most is during JC. It's short and sweet. But oh well, there is a Chinese saying, "天下无不散宴席", all good things will come to an end since there is a beginning, there will be an end.

*Takes a deep breath* I am becoming a little emotional. I really hope that we will still maintain in contact after JC. And all the best for our future endeavours. =)

Tired

I am tired. Bored.
Nothing is entertaining these days.

Hmm... Got back my Block Test result slip yesterday.
Shocked when I did so BADLY. I got U, S, E, D, A. I thought it was still okay before I see the result. It looked so ugly, those U, S, E, D. Average percentile is just 40+%, which means that I rank about the last half of the whole J2s. Honestly, I am a little envious about some of my class people... Recently, I seemed to lose some grip on Chemistry too.

Now, I am a little worried that I may not have the potential to do well for my A Levels. I still remembered during Feb/Mar that time when I was considering about retaining, the teachers all say I can do well, and I have the potential. But now, I somehow have this thinking that maybe the teachers had over-estimated me. Hmm, now I am in a dilema, do I really have the potential? Even now when I am becoming more attentive, sometimes I can't understand what was being taught, especially Maths. Binomial distributions and Poisson distributions are total strangers to me. Hmm...

Oh well, let's see how will this term goes. For the better or for the worse, let God decide.

Have you ever wondered that many a times in our lives we are always making assumptions? If you like saying," I thought this... I thought that..." Then you have made assumptions. Although assumptions are good, as in Physics(assume negligible gravity blah blah), Maths(what can we assume from this blah blah), Chemistry(assume the rate is constant blah blah), Econs(the ceteris paribus blah blah) or some stuffs, but sometimes assumptions can be bad and lead to many big problems. Just like when we assume someone is able to do a job for us, that does not mean that we have the right to assume that the someone will do it well and hence we do not do it. Accidents may happen, nothing is predictable except to predict the unforeseenable.

I think I will stop here. My mind is drifting in all directions. Now I can't focus on what I am writing, so that's all for now. Yup. =)

Project Work

When I received my PW grades on the Friday the 13th, in my heart I was like @#$%^$@$^&#%#%#%#$!^#&$&%()(#&%#%%$!!!!!! I got a retarded 'C'!

But oh well, since I already had the experience of doing a project, public speaking and had fun with my teammates, I guess all of these are worth it. Yup.

Darn, both my legs are having muscle strain. PE on Friday was harsh. Now the muscles in my butt also hurt. So when I sit, my butt will feel pain. Ouch. Haha.

Panic?

Hmm, tomorrow getting back my project work results. Hope can get band 1. Feeling quite nervous. Haha.

Today went to school in a very casual way. I didn't bring my bag, I brought a plastic bag to school. Haha. Quite fun.

So bored now. Off to watch Prison Break.

Breakthrough

FINALLY, after about 1 year of not touching any Physics homework, I did my Physics tutorial today after school at the library. Sort of pang seh-ed Zhiyi for not going to watch movie with him. LOL! But quite a fruitful day. It's quite a breakthrough for me. I can say I am proud of it.

Speaking of which, I somehow think that I can only concentrate on my work outside but not at home. Perhaps my home is an inhibitor that slows down my rate of reaction(studying), then outside is a catalyst, which lowers my activation energy so that I can study easily. Haha.

Oh ya, today I was almost late for school. Hmm, to most people, if they were late, they will usually play the blame game. Blame buses, parents, cars, roads and never themselves. I won't be blaming the bus. It is fully my fault for not waking up earlier, if I woke up earlier, I won't be almost late, instead, I will be early and perhaps can do something fruitful. Yup.

My life is now like an exponential graph aka y=e^x, always positive. Haha! =)

Today went for the GP tuition. Learnt a great deal of skills and techniques. Can't wait to use them when I am doing GP essays. Yup. Haha.

Hmm, my tagboard doesn't seem to work. Some of my friends' tagboards don't seem to work either. Haha. It says 'Forbidden'. Why? Let's try create a short play.

Virus

Seems like quite a handful of my friends kena the 'Photo Album' virus. Curiousity (or perhaps stupidity? No offense sorry) really had them. Haha. But can remove one, just follow these steps. Thank me for helping you guys to google for it.

Here's how to remove it:
1. Delete these registry entries:[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ShellServiceObjectDelayLoad]"rdfhost""rdihost""rdshost"
2. Restart WINDOWS
3. Delete these files:%Windows%\photo album.zip

Yea, so today I went around with my new bag. Some say it looks funny. Hmm, but oh well, it's only $16. So if I wanna change, I can change. Yea. But someone will have to accompany me go buy new bag. Haha! =)

Qing Ming Jie

Today went for Qing Ming Jie. Perhaps I have too many dead relatives, therefore it was quite long and I didn't manage to go study with Kuei Hsien and Dexter. Sorry guys!

So after Qing Ming, it was about late afternoon. Then I went shopping with a girl... OOOOo.... LOL, ok, I went shopping with my sister. First time went shopping with her! Haha. We went to Far East where she bought a black hooded jacket. Haha. Then after that, we went to look for bags. We went to Causeway Point, found no suitable bags, then we went to the Pasar Malam at Admiralty. We saw a bag, which we bought it. (Perhaps we were just too desperate to buy a bag) We bought the same model but different colour. She bought BLACK, and I bought RED to suit my red shoes. Haha. So now if you want to identify me on the streets, see a person with purple specs, a red bag and red shoes, that would most probably be me. Haha.

So that's all for today. School's starting tomorrow. Hmm, wonders if my bag is nice looking or not. It is smaller than my previous bag. So it looks quite bulky. =( Hope people can accept it bah. If not, next time I can go buy new bag. The bag costs $16. So it's ok if I change it next time. Haha! Yea!

It's about what all of us humans have done to earth. Fruitful

Today is quite a fruitful day. Went to study with Ann Nee and Kuei Hsien. I've completed Maths' Permutations and Combinations (which I answered most of the question) and Chemistry's Phenols tutorial! 2 homework completed in a day! Yea!

Somehow I think I am getting used to a 'homework-doing' lifestyle. That's good. I am now a mugger and a fun person. Like what people say in Chinese (wen2 wu3 shuang1 quan2), but my 'wu3' is the skill of fun. Hehehe. The joy of making people happy, that's the joyest thing of all in the world. =)

Plus

Got back my GP Block test paper today.
Failed badly, especially my composition. I got 18/50 for it. So total, with my comprehension, I got an 'S' grade of 41/100..

If people ask me, I can say that of course I am sad, but since what's done was already done, I can say that this will be the only time I get an 'S' grade. In the future, I will get a whole lot better for GP. My aim is to at least a 'C'! So must work hard.

Cheers my friends, all of us have overcome the Block Test! Now we must strive on and work hard for the lecture tests, mid year, prelims and most importantly, the A LEVELS! Yea, so keep up the pace and may we all do well of it. Come on! Go go go! =)

GP Tuition

Woots! FINALLY, after about 6 years without any tuition, I just joined a GP tuition. (I need something nice in my A Levels certificate mah)

Yea, so the GP tuition was quite fun and enriching. Had quite some critical thinking and knew some truths that naive and ignorant Singaporeans doesn't. Yea, suddenly felt like a level above the rest. Haha. LOL.

Oh yea, there's a small hole on my pants. I sat on the school collar pin. So during the tuition I kept feeling something prickly on my butt. Haha. Hope no infection. LOL. Hmm, the tuition fees a little too high, maybe can apply for financial help? Or maybe my parents can afford it? Hmm..

Yup, so tomorrow will be getting back my GP block test papers. Some of the class people got back their GP block test compo today and it was not well done. But treat this as a thing of the past and move on, make this grade into history and try your best for a better grade. Yea! And cheer up! It's still not the A Levels YET. Haha! =)
