Something for GP

Yea, I've changed my blog song to the song by the Dutch punk rock band, De Heideroosjes.
Yea, do you know that Netherlands is one of the few countries in the world that allows soft drugs(marijuana etc) to be sold freely in convenience stores like 7-eleven?
Then this punk rock band, De Heideroosjes, together with the mayor of Maastricht--Gerd Leers wrote a song to protest against the soft drug policy in the Netherlands.

From Wikipedia:
In 2005, Gerd Leers, mayor of the border city of Maastricht, criticised the current policy as inconsistent, by recording a song with the Dutch punk rock band De Heideroosjes. By allowing possession and retail sales of cannabis, but not cultivation or wholesale, the government creates numerous problems of crime and public safety, he alleges, and therefore he would like to switch to either legalising and regulating production, or to the full repression that his party (CDA) officially advocates. The latter suggestion has widely been interpreted as rhetorical. Leers's comments have garnered support from other local authorities and put the cultivation issue back on the agenda.

Oh, the name of the song is Da's Toch Dope Man.
Apologize that the lyrics is in Dutch, and I can't find the translated version.
So if you wanna know the meaning of the lyrics, I suggest you go to http://dictionary.reference.com/translate/index.html to roughly find out the meaning.
Yup, so here's the lyrics. You can also search for its video at Youtube. The video is quite funny also.

Da's Toch Dope Man! by De Heideroosjes feat. Gerd Leers

(Refrein)
Da's toch dope man!
Dat een blowtje zomaar kan;
als je de teler maar niet ziet,
wiede wiede wiede wiet.

Met deze politiek wordt de crimineel beloond;
stoned.

(refrein)

(rap Gerd Leers)
Achtduizend kilo koopt men hier per jaar,
Illegale kwekers hebben wij niet in de hand;

Duidelijk beleid, dáár kun je mee werken;

(eindrefrein)
Da's toch dope man!
Dat een blowtje zomaar kan;
als je de teler maar niet ziet;
wiede wiede wiede wiet.

Doe nou niet zo hypocriet;
half gedogen werkt toch niet.
Legaliseer en controleer;
wiede wiede wiede wiet. ( 4 x)

Continue

Why would I let failures pull me down and stop me from doing things?
Why did I mention that I will not be planning anymore study sessions in the future?
Hmph, failure shall not stop me.
I am gonna plan study sessions in the future no matter what the responses are.

Actually I am quite dumb, if so many people can't make it early, I shouldn't cancel the session. I should just continue the session.
Then if they join late then no space, we can find some other place to study.

Okay, the above thought did not go through my mind yesterday.
Pek cek-ness blinded me eh?

Nevermind, next time must be more aware about everything around me.

Pek Cek

Felt some exasperation and frustration.
Oh well, I can't force my decisions on people.
I guess I won't be the one planning study sessions in the future anymore.
Planning it is a waste of SMSes and time, especially if after so much actions and in the end it becomes cancelled.
But anyway, thanks to those who at least bothered to reply.
What a wonderful snafu.

Single Digit

Just like a ticking bomb at its final moments, the DAY is approaching at lightning pace.
I am still too weak in my Maths and Physics.
Maths Mock Paper 1 (59/100), Maths Mock Paper 2 (55/100)
Physics various JCs Paper 1 (average=20/40)
I am underperforming.
I need to brush up as soon as possible.
I can't waste my two years here.
Grit my teeth and march on.
Heargh!

Errrr

Just found out that Hong Yao, Joel, Kenneth, Mun Kiat, Joey and Royston all enlist on the same day as me.
They all also same, school 1.
LOL, so now I have mixed feelings about NS.
But everything is fixed, I can't change anything.

Today's the last official day for us J2s in Nanyang JC.
We have graduated from NYJC.
Time passes too fast. It only seems like yesterday when I first entered NYJC and being an innocent J1 kid.
From PAE 1st 3 months, OG6 to 0615, to JAE 0619.
0619, we had undergone joy, laughter, fun, pain, sorrow and anger together.
Thick and thin together.
I feel that it is difficult to part with the class.
Oh well, 天下无不散之宴席, all things come to an end.
But this signifies a new beginning too.
So to all J2s having A Levels, all the best and strive on!
Make the school bankrupt by getting straight 'A's for your 3 H2 and 2 H1 subjects!
Yea!
(Actually wanted to write a long entry about these, but no time, perhaps later.)

New Phone

Ok, I asked the Starhub people they say if my plan is at least 21months already, I can then change phone. And the good thing is, my plan is already 22months old. So I will be changing my phone.

I have 3 choices, all Samsung, Ultra Edition 12.1, 12.9, 13.8, in which I can't decide what to buy so I let my mum choose for me. So now I am waiting for her return to see which phone she bought.

Yea.
[EDITED ON 4.05PM]
Ok, my new phone is Samsung Ultra Edition 12.1 aka U-700. It's ok, but no in-built games or other java applications.
